The registration of the deliveries / pick-ups takes place at Hanse-Service & Pharmalogisticpartner by registration in the Cargoclix Timeslot System.
The booking of a time window for unloading and loading your vehicles with Hanse-Service is mandatory.
For deliveries/collections that are not booked into the Cargoclix Timeslot System, longer waiting times may occur. If no free slots are available on that day, the vehicles will not be unloaded until the following day. In our own interest, we therefore ask you to book the slots promptly, which is possible until 12:00 noon on the previous day.

The truck journey to Hanse-Service is via Thielenstraße and before the bridge turn left into Rotenhäuser End.
Drive onto our premises up to the barrier and report to the registration desk. The exit then takes you directly back to Dratelnstr.

Register at the office before entering the site, then report to the warehouse with your loading documents. The warehouse manager will then assign you an access gate.
